Inventory captions are the artwork information in the red box. They also appear on the PDFs you export from ARTERNAL. Here's how to set up inventory captions:
In the bottom right corner, select Settings.
2. Go to the organizational/personal caption settings:
a) To change the caption settings for the entire Organization, under Organization, select Inventory > Caption Formatter
b) To change the caption settings only for your Account, under Account, select Inventory > Caption Formatter
3. Make changes in the text box, and click Save Changes on the bottom.
