Learn how to add and export package and shipping information for artworks using the "Package/Shipping Notes" field in ARTERNAL.

You can enter and track package and shipping information for artworks in the "Package/Shipping Notes" field on the inventory detail page and export it into PDFs. Here’s how to do it:

Step 1: Add Shipping Information

  • Go to the artwork’s Inventory page and scroll down to find the Package/Shipping Notes box.

  • Click the Add Note button to enter packaging or shipping information.

Step 2: Enter and Save the Information

  • Enter the relevant packaging or shipping details into the text box, then click Done to save the record.

Step 3: View the Shipping Information

  • Once saved, the shipping information will appear on the artwork’s inventory page.

Step 4: Export Shipping Information into PDFs

  • To export this information into a PDF, go to the Selection Cart and select Create PDF.

  • Choose either Fact Sheet or Data Sheet. In the PDF creation window, toggle the Shipping Notes button to include or exclude the shipping information in the PDF.
