In ARTERNAL’s Contacts tab, we’ve designed a set of user-friendly filters that make finding the contacts you need quick and easy. Here’s a guide on how to use them.

Video tutorial HERE.

Step 1: Access Filters

  • Click Contacts > Filters.

  • The filters are divided into three categories:

    • Identification (e.g., Tags, Status)

    • Date (e.g., Created Date, Last Contacted)

    • Location (e.g., City, Country)

Step 2: Filtering by Tags

In this example, we’ll filter contacts by Tags. You can select from the following options:

  • All: Returns contacts with both tags.

  • Any: Returns contacts with either or both tags.

  • Not: Excludes contacts with the selected tags.

  • Contains: Allows you to enter custom keywords to filter contacts.

Step 3: Filtering by Date

When using Date Filters, you can:

  • Choose a date range or a specific time period (e.g., today, this week, two weeks).

  • Select between Since and Not Since.

    • Since returns contacts created within the last selected period.

    • Not Since returns contacts created before the selected period.

For example, Since could return contacts created in the past two weeks, while Not Since would return contacts created more than two weeks ago.

Step 4: Applying and Removing Multiple Filters

  • You can apply multiple filters by clicking + New Filter to add additional criteria.

  • To remove a filter, click the "x" icon next to the filter.

For example, you can filter contacts with a cold lead status, added within the past year, and located in Australia.
