In ARTERNAL’s Inventory section, you can apply several filters to quickly find the artworks you're looking for. These filters are versatile and help streamline your workflow.

How to Apply Filters:

  1. Navigate to Inventory Filters:
    Click Inventory > Filter.

  2. Using Location Filters:
For example, to find artworks located in New York and Paris, use the Location filter. You can select:

    • All: Shows artworks in both locations.

    • Any: Shows artworks in either location or any other location.

    • Not: Excludes artworks from the selected locations.

    • Contains: Allows you to enter custom keywords for location filtering.

Types of Filters:

  • Dimension: Filter by the artwork’s dimensions.

  • Buyers: Filter by buyers for sales-related searches.

  • Sales to Registrar Functions: Filters can be used for various functions, such as sales or registrar purposes, depending on your needs.

Using Date Filters:

The Date filters allow you to search based on recent activities, such as creation, update, clickthrough, shipping, or sold status. Here’s how to use them:

  • Select an activity.

  • Choose a time period.

  • Enter a date range.

  • Select between Since (within a specific time frame) or Not Since (before a specific time frame).

Applying Multiple Filters:

You can apply multiple filters by clicking the + New Filter button. For example, you can filter by Artist (e.g., Owen Abernathy), Buyer (e.g., Yujia), and Sold Date (within the past two weeks).
