The contact assignment filter is separate from other filters in ARTERNAL and allows you to filter contacts by assignment. Follow these steps to apply it:

Step 1: Apply the Assignment Filter

  • Go to the Contacts page and click on the All Contacts button in the top right corner.

  • A drop-down list of users in your organization will appear. To view contacts assigned to you, click on My Contacts.

Step 2: Use the Assignment Filter in Lists

  • The assignment filter is also available in contact lists, both live lists and static lists.

Step 3: Apply the Filter for Exports and Smart Mails

  • You can use the assignment filter when exporting contacts or sending smart mails. For example, if 2 contacts are assigned to you, clicking the email or export button will only include those 2 contacts in the smart mail or spreadsheet export.

Benefit of the Feature

This feature helps team members focus on their designated contacts, preventing outreach crossovers within the team.
