Each user can select which email notifications they prefer to receive, these preferences can be adjusted under the settings on the user's profile.
Step 1: In the top-right corner, select your account name > Settings.
Step 2: Under Account, select Mail > Email Notifications
Weekly engagement summaries, will share a weekly overview of your activity within ARTERNAL, including how many Smartmails you've sent, and engagement across inventory and contacts
Work Status Emails, every user automatically receives notifications when work is marked as put on "hold" or "sold" if you would prefer not to get these alerts you can toggle this setting to off
Price Updates receive notifications about price changes on inventory
OVR emails, receive OVR summery emails every 12 hours, these emails include a list of the recent sign in's when you send out an "Online Viewing Room" link with "collect email upon entry" turned on, you will receive a list of all the visitors that entered the viewing room
