How to Manage Email Notification Preferences in ARTERNAL

Learn how to manage your email notification preferences, including weekly summaries, work status updates, price changes, and OVR activity.

Each user can customize the email notifications they prefer to receive. These preferences can be adjusted in the user profile settings.

Step 1: Access Settings

  • In the top-right corner, select your Profile > Settings.

Step 2: Navigate to Email Notification Settings

  • Under Account, go to Mail > Email Notifications.

Available Email Notification Preferences:

  • Weekly Engagement Summaries:
    Receive a weekly overview of your activity within ARTERNAL, including the number of Smartmails sent and engagement across inventory and contacts.

  • Work Status Emails:
    Automatically receive notifications when work is marked as "hold" or "sold." If you prefer not to receive these alerts, toggle this setting off.

  • Price Updates:
    Get notifications about price changes on inventory.

  • OVR (Online Viewing Room) Emails:
    Receive OVR summary emails every 12 hours, which include a list of recent sign-ins. These emails are sent when you share an "Online Viewing Room" link with "collect email upon entry" enabled, providing a list of all visitors who entered the viewing room.

Step 3: Save Your Preferences

  • After adjusting your notification preferences, make sure to save your changes.
