In ARTERNAL, you can easily duplicate previously created Smart Mails. This feature is especially useful when you want to send a follow-up email to contacts who haven’t opened the original or if you need to create a new Smart Mail that is similar to a previous one.

Steps to Duplicate a Smart Mail:

  1. Select the Smart Mail:
Click on Mail > Smart Mail, then select the Smart Mail you want to duplicate.

  2. Click the Duplicate Button:
In the Smart Mail overview, click on the Duplicate button located in the top-right corner.

  3. Choose Duplication Options:
In the pop-up window, you’ll have three duplication options:

    • Duplicate the template only: Creates a copy of just the email template without any of the original contacts.

    • Duplicate the template and all the contacts: Copies both the template and all the contacts from the original Smart Mail.

    • Duplicate the template and contacts who have not opened the Smart Mail: Copies the template and only the contacts who did not open the original email.

  4. Complete the Duplication:
After selecting your preferred option, click on Duplicate. You will then be directed to the new Smart Mail draft.
