In ARTERNAL, an artist can only be deleted if there are no artworks associated with them in the inventory. Follow these steps to delete an artist:

Step 1: Access the Artist’s Page

  • Go to the Inventory tab and click on the artist’s profile you would like to delete.

  • Click on the three horizontal dots by the Artist's name to open the options menu.

Step 2: Delete the Artist

  • If the artist has no artwork, the Delete Artist button will appear. Click the button to delete the artist.

Step 3: Confirm Deletion

  • Once the Delete button is pressed and confirmed, the artist will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone, and the artist cannot be unarchived.

Important Note:

  • If the artist has one or more artworks, the Delete button will not appear. This prevents accidental deletion of associated inventory.
