When you click on a contact, you’ll see multiple tabs in their profile. Here’s a quick overview of what each tab offers:

Tabs Overview:

Timeline

  • Automatically tracks activity: This tab gathers all email exchanges and transaction activities related to the contact.

  • Filter-specific activities: Use the subheader or the More Filters button on the right to filter activities such as email exchanges or sales.

Notes

  • Internal communication: Share internal notes about the contact with your team.

  • Add a new note: Click the Add Note button in the top-right corner to add new notes.

Inbox

  • View incoming emails: Shows all incoming emails from the contact in one place.

Tasks

  • Organize to-dos: Keep track of tasks related to this contact.

  • Create a new task: Click on Add Task in the top-right corner to create a task.

Invoice

  • Manage invoices: Lists all invoices linked to this contact.

  • Track unpaid invoices: Use this tab to check for unsent or unpaid invoices and follow up as needed.

Docs

  • Store important documents: Upload relevant documents related to the contact for easy access..

Inventory

  • View related inventory: Shows all inventory items associated with the contact, pulled from the Associations section in inventory.
