In ARTERNAL, you can choose to customize your own inventory captions or apply organization-wide captions. This feature allows individual team members to tailor their captions to their needs while also providing the option for a standardized set of captions across the organization. Here's how to set it up:

Step 1: Access Settings

  • Click on Settings in the bottom-left corner.

Step 2: Set Organization-Wide Captions

  • To set org-wide captions, go to Organizations > Inventory > Caption Formatter.

Step 3: Set User-Specific Captions

  • For user-specific captions, go to Account > Inventory > Caption Formatter.

Step 4: Choose to Apply Org-Wide or User-Specific Captions

  • To apply and edit your own captions, go to Account > Inventory > Caption Formatter.

  • Use the checkbox to either customize your own captions or apply the org-wide captions.

Step 5: Make and Save Changes

  • Edit the captions as needed and click Save Changes to apply them.

  • Note: When selecting Use organization captions, the captions will be updated for all accounts in the organization.
