When setting up the inventory captions for your Account, you can choose to customize your own captions or apply the organization-wide captions.

This feature helps different team members customize their captions based on their specific needs and allows the organization to share standardized captions across the team. Here's how to do it:

Click on Settings in the bottom left corner. For org-wide captions, go to Organizations > Inventory > Caption Formatter

For user-specific captions, go to Account> Inventory > Caption Formatter

To choose whether you want to apply the org-wide captions or your own captions, go to Account> Inventory > Caption Formatter. There is a checkbox. Check the box to apply and edit your personal captions.

You can also make changes to the caption before saving changes. Please note that when you choose Use organization captions, the caption will be updated for all of the other accounts, too.
