How to Sort Artworks in the Detailed List View

In ARTERNAL's Inventory Detailed List view, you can sort artworks by various columns, such as creation date, price, and titles. Follow the steps below to learn how to sort your inventory.

Step 1: Access the Detailed List View

  • Go to the Inventory tab, and ensure you're in the detailed list view.

  • If you are not in this view, click the list icon to switch to the detailed list view.


Step 2: Sort by Column

  • To sort by a specific column, click on the column header you want to sort by.

  • Click once for ascending order, click twice for descending order, and click three times to return to the default order.

Note:

  • Not all columns support sorting. If a column is not sortable, the header will not be clickable. For example, the Tags column cannot be sorted.
