Here's how to make a new invoice:
Click on the + Create Invoice button

In the next page, you can choose your desired template.
Once you select a template, you'll enter the Edit stage of the new invoice. On this page, enter all the information—the buyer, the address, the sold artworks, line items, shipping, taxes, and terms and conditions.
The sidebar on the right will automatically update the invoice total as you enter the information. After finishing editing, click on View to go to the next stage.
You will see a preview of the final invoice in the View stage. If you need to make any changes, return to the Edit stage. If it looks good, click on Send.
In the Send stage, you can send the invoice via a link. On the left, there is a preview of what the email will look like. You can see what the invoice will look like by clicking on View Your Invoice button.
It also has a passcode feature to protect the invoice. Clicking on the checkbox automatically generates a passcode, which you can copy. Please note: For security reasons, please send the passcode to a different channel than the one you sent the invoice to.
Then scroll to the bottom and click on the Send Invoice button.
After the invoice is sent and you receive a payment, you can go to the Payments stage and Add a payment.
