Invoice templates are an important and useful tool that saves you time from making the same edits to every invoice repeatedly. And here's how to set it up:
In the invoice page, click on Invoice Template, and choose one template from the Predefined Templates
In the predefined template that you chose, click on Save as Custom
When you go back to the Invoice Template page, you will see it is now saved in the Custom Templates section. Open the template to customize it
When you open the template, the left side is a preview and the right side is where you make edits. The preview changes as you make edits:
2. For the captions, the default is title + artist, but you can add more information by clicking on the Placeholders dropdown
3. You can also change the wording of the labels in the invoice
4. For the additional details, such as Terms & Conditions, Payment Instructions, etc., click on the Details tab > Create Preset, you can also choose whether the preset details automatically show up in a new invoice.
After the template is finished, you can create a new invoice based on the template.
