In ARTERNAL, you can sync contacts with MailChimp. Here's how to do it:
Step 1: Access Contact Sync Integration
Click on your User Profile > Settings.
Go to Account > Integrations > Contact Sync Integration.
Step 2: Import Contacts from MailChimp to ARTERNAL
On the Contact Sync page, click on Import Contacts.
In the pop-up window, select the MailChimp audience you want to import into ARTERNAL, then click Import.
Important:
ARTERNAL will not import contacts with duplicate email addresses (i.e., if the same email already exists in ARTERNAL).
Your existing contact data will never be replaced.
Step 3: Export Contacts from ARTERNAL to MailChimp
You have two options for exporting contacts: export all contacts or only one contact list to MailChimp.
a) Export All Contacts
Click on Export to MailChimp.
Choose the MailChimp audience you want to export to, and click Export.
b) Export a Contact List
Click on Export List to MailChimp.
In the pop-up window, select the specific list you want to export.
Choose the audience in MailChimp where you'd like the contacts to go, then click Export.
Important:
ARTERNAL will not export contacts with duplicate email addresses (i.e., if the same email already exists in MailChimp).
Contacts in ARTERNAL without an email address will not be exported.
Your contact data will never be replaced during this process.
