In ARTERNAL, you can sync contacts with MailChimp. Here's how to do it:

Click the User Profile > Settings

Next head to Account > Integrations > Go to Contact Sync Integration

On this page, you can go to Import Contacts to import from MailChimp to ARTERNAL, and you can go to Export Contacts to do the reverse.

Import Contacts
Click on Import from MailChimp. In the pop-up window, choose which audience to import to ARTERNAL, and then click on Import.

​Note: We do not import contacts from Mailchimp into ARTERNAL that contain the same email address, as we consider these duplicates. We will never replace any of your contact data.

Export Contacts

First, select if you want to export all contacts or only one contact list to MailChimp.

a) If you select the first option to export all contacts to MailChimp, click on Export to MailChimp, choose the desired audience to MailChimp, and then click on Export.

b) If you select the second option to export one list to MailChimp, click on Export List to MailChimp. Then in the pop-up window, choose the desired list, and click on the Export button.

After that, choose the audience to export the contact list to, and then click on the Export button.

Note: We do not export contacts from ARTERNAL into Mailchimp that contain an email address that already exists, as we consider these duplicates. We will NEVER replace any of your contact data.

​For contacts that exist in ARTERNAL that do not contain an email, they will not be exported into mailchimp.
