Protect your ARTERNAL account by adding an extra layer of security with two-factor authentication (2FA). Follow these steps to set it up:

Step 1: Access Security Settings

  • Step 1a: Go to Settings, scroll down the left-hand menu, and select Security. Click Setup 2FA.

  • Step 1b: Toggle the button on the right to enable 2FA.

  • Step 1c: A QR code will appear in a pop-up window. Keep this page open, as you will need to scan the QR code and enter a code in the next steps.

Step 2: Install Google Authenticator

  • Download and install the Google Authenticator app on your mobile device.

Step 3: Add a New Account in Google Authenticator

  • Step 3a: In the Google Authenticator app, tap the “+” or “Add a code” button.

  • Step 3b: Select Scan a QR code, which will open your camera. Point the camera at the QR code from the ARTERNAL setup screen (from Step 1c) to scan it.

Step 4: Enter the Six-Digit Code

  • After scanning the QR code, Google Authenticator will generate a six-digit code.

  • Enter the code on the ARTERNAL setup screen and click Continue.
(Note: The code will expire after 1 minute.)

Once 2FA is enabled, you'll need to use the newly generated six-digit code from Google Authenticator each time you log in to ARTERNAL.
