Inventory live lists are a way to save inventory searches for easy access to filtered contacts.

Unlike static lists, live lists are dynamically populated, and they automatically update themselves as you add or edit inventories in ARTERNAL.

Here's how to create an inventory live list:

1. After applying inventory filters, the blue button Save as Live List will pop up.

NOTE: You can also apply the status filter and saved into the live list.

2. Click on the Save as Live List button, enter a name for the list and click on SAVE.

3. To access inventory live lists, go to the dropdown on the top left corner and select Lists, then select the Live tab and you will see all inventory live lists.
