Managing multiple artworks can be time-consuming, but ARTERNAL’s Inventory Selection Cart streamlines this process by offering batch editing tools. Here’s how to effectively use the selection cart to make updates and manage your artwork inventory:

Email Selected Artworks

  • Click the Email Selected icon to start a Smart Mail featuring the artworks in your selection cart. Choose which information about the artwork to include. Try it here

Add to List

  • Use the Add to List icon to add selected artworks to a new or existing list. This helps keep your inventory organized. Try it here.

Create PDF

  • To generate a PDF of the artworks in your cart, click the Create PDF icon. Choose from document types like:

    • List

    • 4 per page

    • 2 per page

    • Tear Sheet

    • Fact Sheet

    • Data Sheet

    • Customize what information to include or exclude in your PDF before creating it.

Batch Edit Availability, Work Status, & Location

  • Update multiple artworks simultaneously to save time. Here’s how:

    1. Add artworks to the selection cart by clicking their images or checkboxes.

    2. Navigate to the selection cart and click the three-dot icon.

    3. Select the information you want to edit, make changes in the pop-up window, and confirm.

Batch Add Tags

    1. Click the three-dot icon and select Add Tags.
