While the current Certificate of Authenticity (COA) export cannot be directly customized, you can include or remove specific information using caption formatters. Follow these steps to tailor your COAs:
In this example, we'll show you how to add the "Price" and "Status" fields on a COA.
Step 1: Navigate to Settings
Begin by heading to Settings.
Step 2: Make Changes in Account-Specific Caption Formatter
Scroll down to Account > Inventory > Caption Formatter.
We recommend making changes to your account-specific caption formatter. This ensures the changes won’t impact works added to Smart Mail or PDFs generated by your colleagues or the entire organization. If you need to revert later, simply uncheck the checkbox to use your organization's caption formatters after exporting the COA.
Step 3: Modify Captions
Add the captions you want to include in the COA, such as [price] and [status].
If you're unsure what other captions to add or remove, click the View available captions dropdown to see all the options.
Step 4: Save Changes
After making the necessary changes, click Save to apply them.
