The Dashboard gives you a real-time snapshot of activity across your ARTERNAL account. From Smart Mail engagement to artwork availability updates, it’s designed to help you quickly understand what’s happening and where to focus.

Accessing the Dashboard

When you log in, you’ll automatically land on the Dashboard.

You can also access it anytime by navigating to:
Home → Dashboard

Filtering Your View

At the top of the page, you can filter activity by:

  • Date range

  • User

This allows you to review performance and activity for specific time periods or team members.

Activity Summary

Directly below the filters, you’ll see a summary of key activity metrics:

  • Smart Mails sent

  • Clickthroughs received

  • Artworks added

  • Contacts added

This gives you a quick performance overview at a glance.

A note on clickthrough tracking

Clickthrough tracking records when a recipient clicks on an artwork or link inside a Smart Mail.

We no longer track email opens, as open tracking has become unreliable due to email privacy settings and device-level restrictions.

How Teams Use the Dashboard to Drive Performance

The Dashboard isn’t just a summary page — it creates visibility across your organization. When activity is transparent, teams move faster and with more intention. Here’s how different roles typically use it:

Sales Teams

  • Identify which collectors are actively engaging through Smart Mail clickthroughs

  • Prioritize follow-ups based on real interest

  • Spot newly available works and reintroduce them strategically

This shifts outreach from guesswork to informed action.

Directors & Managers

  • Filter by user to review individual activity

  • Track outreach volume and engagement trends over time

  • Monitor inventory movement and availability changes

With clear visibility, leadership can coach more effectively and make confident decisions based on data, not assumptions.

Operations Teams

  • Track artwork status changes in real time

  • Monitor newly added artworks and contacts

  • Stay aligned on internal notes and task follow-ups

This reduces internal friction and keeps teams coordinated.

Building a Performance-Driven Workflow

Many teams begin their day on the Dashboard to quickly answer:

  • Who engaged yesterday?

  • What changed in inventory?

  • Where should we focus today?

When everyone works from the same source of truth, accountability improves naturally. Activity is visible. Engagement is measurable. Decisions become clearer.

That’s where the Dashboard adds real value — not just by showing activity, but by helping your team act on it.

Q: Do all users see the same Dashboard?

A: The Dashboard reflects activity based on the selected filters and user permissions. If access differs, visibility may vary between team members.
