The dashboard surfaces actionable data from your ARTERNAL account. It provides real-time insights and instant access to recent activities. Here is a walkthrough of the dashboard.
When you first log in, it will automatically take you to the dashboard. You can also visit the dashboard by going to Home > Dashboard.
At the top of the page, you can filter the activities by date range and user.
Next, under the date range filter, there is a summary of your activities, including:
--Number of smart mails sent
--Number of clickthroughs received in sent smart mails
--Number of unique contacts that were sent an offer
--Number of artworks added
--Number of contacts added
Please note that our clickthrough tracking only records when the artwork is clicked, not when the email is opened. We have moved away from tracking email opens, as it is no longer reliable due to certain email and computer settings that block this capability.
Under the summary, the first widget is recent smart mail clickthroughs. You will see the contact name, the email subject line, the attachment or the hyperlink, the number of clickthroughs, and the latest clickthrough time.
The next widget shows the artworks with recent availability status changes. You will see the artworks, their previous and current availability statuses, and the date their status changed.
The third widget shows artworks that became available recently, so that the sales team can start offering them to clients.
The next widget is your mobile share link activity. You will see the contact, the artwork in the share link, the number of clickthroughs, the time of the last clickthrough, and through which messaging app the share link was sent.
If you scroll down on this page, there are widgets for recent notes and tasks. If you hover over an individual note or task, you will see an edit button and a delete button.
Last but not least, you can also re-arrange the widgets by dragging and moving them.
