How to Change the Currency of an Artwork Within an Invoice

With our latest update, changing the currency of an invoice will now update the currency for all associated artworks added 🎉 Please note that this currency change applies only to the invoice and does not affect the artwork’s general listing in the inventory.

To change the currency within an invoice:

  • Head to the invoice for which you want to change the currency and scroll down the page until you see the "Currency" section.

  • Click the dropdown menu and select the desired currency from the available options.

  • A pop-up will appear, alerting you that this action will change the currency for all artworks in this invoice to the selected currency. Click the "Change Currency" button to confirm.

  • Once confirmed, any artwork already added to the invoice will be updated to the new currency. Additionally, any artwork you add afterward will reflect the selected currency, regardless of the original currency in the inventory. All that's left is for you to update the price!

This feature streamlines the process of managing artwork prices in invoices, making your workflow more efficient.
