While our current Certificates of Authenticity (COAs) export cannot be directly customized, we’ve got a simple workaround that allows you to include additional information by using custom fields.

Follow the steps below to tailor your COAs to your needs:

Create Custom Fields

  • In the screenshot below, we began by creating custom fields for the specific text you'd like to add to the COA.

We recommend setting these as text fields, which allows full control over what is entered and displayed.

Add Custom Fields to Account Settings

  • You'll now scroll down to your Account-specific settings to add the custom fields.

This ensures the fields will only affect your caption formatter and won't impact Smart Mails or other PDFs generated by your colleagues/organization. You can always uncheck the check box to go back to using your organization's caption formatters when you're finished exporting the COA.

Edit Artwork Details

  • Now that your custom fields are set up and added to your settings, you can fill in the newly created custom fields to include the information you want displayed on the COA.

Download the COA

  • Once downloaded, the COA will display the information from your custom fields in the work's captions.
