Once it's set up, posts appear in your content calendar — you can leave them on autopilot or review and edit each one before it goes out.## What Autopilot does- Generates up to 50 posts per month — 25 for Instagram and 25 for Facebook. - Drops the posts into your [Calendar](https://app.arthelper.ai/calendar), where you can review, edit, reschedule, or publish them. - Rotates through your uploaded artwork so every piece gets featured over time. - Works hands-free if you don't want to touch anything — posts go out on schedule. - Requires uploaded artwork to generate from. Your account needs at least one image in [My Artwork](https://app.arthelper.ai/my-artwork) before Autopilot can produce posts.💡 **Note:** Autopilot is a paid add-on and isn't included in standard ArtHelper plans. After you subscribe, allow 24–48 hours for the first batch of posts to appear.## How to get started1. Go to [Art Marketing Autopilot](https://app.arthelper.ai/art-marketing-autopilot) and click one of the subscribe buttons. Checkout is handled by Stripe in a secure page. 2. Once payment goes through, [Upload](https://app.arthelper.ai/upload) your artwork if you haven't already — Autopilot uses these images to build social posts. 3. Open your [Profile](https://app.arthelper.ai/profile) page and fill in your bio, artist statement, and social links. Autopilot uses this context when writing captions. 4. Connect your Instagram and Facebook accounts from the [Integrations](https://app.arthelper.ai/integrations) page so Autopilot can publish on your behalf. 5. Check back in 24–48 hours. New Autopilot posts will appear in your [Calendar](https://app.arthelper.ai/calendar).## Managing your Autopilot subscriptionTo update your payment method, change billing details, or cancel:1. Go to [Billing](https://app.arthelper.ai/billing). 2. Find the **Art Marketing Autopilot** card. 3. Click **Billing portal**. The Stripe-hosted portal opens in a new tab.## Troubleshooting missing postsIf you've subscribed but don't see posts in your [Calendar](https://app.arthelper.ai/calendar) after 48 hours, run through this checklist:1. Open [Billing](https://app.arthelper.ai/billing) and confirm the Art Marketing Autopilot card is showing as active. 2. Open [My Artwork](https://app.arthelper.ai/my-artwork) and confirm you've uploaded at least one image. Autopilot can't generate posts from an empty gallery. 3. Open [Integrations](https://app.arthelper.ai/integrations) and confirm Instagram and Facebook are connected. If they're not, Autopilot still drafts the posts, but they can't publish. 4. If all three look right and posts still aren't appearing, contact ArtHelper support and we'll investigate.## Troubleshooting: Autopilot repeats the same imagesIf Autopilot keeps promoting the same 3–5 images instead of rotating through your full collection:**Why this happens:**Autopilot's selection algorithm prioritizes your most recently uploaded artwork and images that have generated higher engagement in past posts. This means newer pieces and crowd favorites naturally appear more often in the rotation.**How to force more variety:**1. **Upload more artwork.** The more images you have in [My Artwork](https://app.arthelper.ai/my-artwork), the wider the rotation pool becomes. 2. **Upload in batches.** If you add several pieces at once, Autopilot will pull from that fresh batch for the next generation cycle. 3. **Delete and re-upload.** If an older piece hasn't appeared in a while, delete it from My Artwork and re-upload it — this resets its recency score. 4. **Review scheduled posts.** Open [Calendar](https://app.arthelper.ai/calendar) and manually swap out repeated images. Click any scheduled post, then change the image to a different piece from your gallery.Autopilot does not currently support manual curation of a "favorites pool" or fixed rotation order. If you need precise control over which pieces appear and when, the best workflow is to let Autopilot generate the posts, then edit them in Calendar before they publish.## Troubleshooting: How to activate or reactivate AutopilotIf Autopilot is paused, canceled, or never started generating posts:1. Go to [Art Marketing Autopilot](https://app.arthelper.ai/art-marketing-autopilot). 2. If you see a **Subscribe** or **Reactivate** button, click it to start or resume your subscription. 3. Complete the Stripe checkout flow. Once payment is confirmed, you'll return to ArtHelper. 4. Allow 24–48 hours for the first batch of posts to appear in [Calendar](https://app.arthelper.ai/calendar).If you already have an active subscription but posts stopped appearing, check [Billing](https://app.arthelper.ai/billing) to confirm the **Art Marketing Autopilot** card shows as active. If the status is "Past due" or "Canceled," update your payment method in the Stripe billing portal and then contact support if posts don't resume within 48 hours.## What Autopilot is — and isn't**Autopilot is a social media posting service.** It schedules Instagram and Facebook posts featuring your artwork. It does not:- Find buyers or collectors for your work. - Recommend which pieces to turn into prints, merchandise, or products. - Provide business strategy, pricing advice, or market analysis. - Manage your online shop, print-on-demand services, or sales funnels.If you have questions like "How do I sell this piece?" or "What products should I make from my art?" those are business and marketing strategy questions — not Autopilot settings. Everything else — selling, strategizing, and building your business — happens in other parts of ArtHelper.## Common questions### Why is Autopilot a separate paid add-on?Autopilot was introduced after the original ArtHelper plans launched. Making it an optional add-on means you only pay for it if it fits your workflow, without raising the price of the plans you already have.### Can I edit a post before Autopilot publishes it?Yes. Open [Calendar](https://app.arthelper.ai/calendar), click the post, and edit the caption, image, or schedule. The change is saved automatically.### Can I turn Autopilot off temporarily?You can cancel anytime from the [Billing](https://app.arthelper.ai/billing) portal. Posts that have already been scheduled will still publish unless you delete them from [Calendar](https://app.arthelper.ai/calendar).
