ArtHelper has two self-service learning resources: **Arty**, the in-app AI assistant that knows the product, and the **ArtHelper YouTube channel**, where short walkthroughs cover most features.## Ask Arty inside the appArty is trained on how ArtHelper works. It's available 24/7 and replies in seconds. Arty is now accessible across ArtHelper's apps and tools, not just the web interface.1. Open [Assistant](https://app.arthelper.ai/chat) from the left sidebar.2. Type a question — for example, "How do I add a description to a piece?" or "Where do I see my scheduled posts?"3. Arty replies with steps and points you to the right page in the app.Arty is good at: explaining how to use a tool, suggesting which Spark fits your goal, writing or critiquing artist statements and bios, organizing your portfolio, and walking you through social posting. For account-specific issues (a failed post, a billing question), message the support team from the chat icon in the lower-right corner of any page instead.## Using Arty: Your In-App AI AssistantArty is always available in the **bottom-right corner** of the app. When you open Arty from an artwork page, the flyout automatically includes three powerful tools designed for that specific piece:1. **Image action card** — Quick actions tailored to the artwork you're viewing, like editing metadata, scheduling a post, or running a Spark.2. **Quick feedback** — Instant critique or suggestions for the piece. Ask Arty for composition notes, color feedback, or ideas to improve the work.3. **Luna tools** — Advanced image analysis and deep-dive prompts. Luna can identify techniques, suggest reference images, analyze color palettes, or help you understand what's working (and what isn't) in the piece. These three tools appear automatically when Arty is opened from an artwork page. If you open Arty from anywhere else in the app, you'll see the standard chat interface where you can ask product questions, get writing help, or explore features.**Tip:** If you're stuck on a piece or need fresh eyes, open Arty directly from the artwork page — the Quick feedback and Luna tools are built for exactly that moment.## Watch a video tutorialThe [ArtHelper YouTube channel](https://www.youtube.com/@ArtHelperAi) has short walkthroughs (two to five minutes each) for nearly every feature in the app. They're a good fit if you prefer learning by watching someone do it.1. Open [youtube.com/@ArtHelperAi](https://www.youtube.com/@ArtHelperAi).2. Use the channel search to find a video on the topic you're stuck on — try "schedule post," "edit profile," or the name of any Spark.**Tip:** Subscribe to the channel — new tutorials are published whenever new features ship, so subscribing is the easiest way to stay current.## Common questions### What's the difference between asking Arty and messaging support?Arty handles "how do I…" questions about the product. The **support team** handles account-specific issues — billing, a broken integration, a post that didn't publish, anything that needs a human to look at your account. Reach support from the chat icon in the lower-right corner of any page on [app.arthelper.ai](https://app.arthelper.ai/).### Does Arty remember our previous conversations?Arty remembers the artwork you've uploaded, details you've saved, and any memories you've explicitly told it to keep. Day-to-day chats roll forward as a normal conversation — old threads stay accessible from the Assistant page's chat history.### Are the YouTube videos kept up to date?New videos are published when new features ship. Older videos may show a slightly different UI, but the underlying steps almost always still apply.### Where else can I find help? This Knowledge Base — the article you're reading right now — covers every shipped feature. Search the top of the page for the feature you're working with, or browse by category.
