Alongside your main ArtHelper plan, we offer a small number of add-on subscriptions. Each one is a separate service with its own price and its own billing. Adding one doesn't change your main plan, and cancelling one doesn't affect the others.## The three add-ons- **Get More Followers** — a hands-off Instagram-growth service. Our team builds your Instagram following for you, around 100 new followers a month. **$15/month**- **Art Marketing Autopilot** — an older hands-off social posting add-on, no longer offered to new subscribers. Autopilot automatically creates and publishes personalized Facebook and Instagram posts featuring your artwork, rotating through your catalog over time. **$29/month**- **Human-Made Art verification** — the verified-human badge on your profile and artwork, plus gallery visibility, an embeddable site badge, and eligibility for the Artist Spotlight program. When someone sends you a gift subscription:- The gift shows up in your account automatically. - You'll receive an email notification letting you know. - If you already have an active Human-Made Art subscription, the gift **extends** your membership rather than replacing it — your verification continues uninterrupted and the gift time is added to the end of your current period. - If you don't have an active subscription, the gift activates Human-Made Art verification for the gifted duration.This is separate from purchasing Human-Made Art yourself or earning it through a promo code. You don't need to take any action when you receive a gift — it applies to your account immediately.## Where to manage them1. Go to your [Billing page](https://www.arthelper.com/billing).2. Each add-on you've subscribed to shows up as its own card on that page: **Get More Followers**, **Art Marketing Autopilot**, and **Human Made Art**.3. Click the **Billing portal** button on the card to update payment, switch billing cycle, or cancel that specific add-on.**Tip:** Add-ons are billed through Stripe and have their own portals. Cancelling Art Marketing Autopilot, for example, doesn't touch your main plan or Human-Made Art badge.## Why you might see multiple charges in one monthIf you're subscribed to your main ArtHelper plan plus one or more add-ons, you may see several separate charges appear in the same month. Here's why:1. **Each subscription bills independently.** Your base ArtHelper plan, Get More Followers, Art Marketing Autopilot, and Human-Made Art verification are all separate subscriptions with their own billing cycles.2. **Each subscription renews on its own anniversary date** — the day you first subscribed to that specific service. For example, if you subscribed to your base plan on the 1st of the month and later added Art Marketing Autopilot on the 15th, you'll see two charges per month: one on the 1st for your plan and one on the 15th for Autopilot. **Add-ons renew separately from your main plan, on the day you activated the add-on**, which is why you may see two or more charges in the same billing period.3. **Check the billing date for each active subscription** by visiting your [Billing page](https://www.arthelper.com/billing). Once subscribed, Autopilot automatically writes and posts personalized Facebook and Instagram promotions for your full catalog. Posts rotate over time so every piece gets exposure.### Human-Made Art verificationThe badge that certifies your artwork is created by human hands, without AI generation. Adds a green ring around your avatar across the community, increased visibility in galleries, an embeddable badge for your own website, and a place in the Artist Spotlight rotation. Submitted artwork is automatically scanned for AI markers; clean portfolios are verified instantly, anything flagged gets a human review.## Troubleshooting Art Marketing Autopilot### I paid for Autopilot but no posts went outArt Marketing Autopilot schedules posts gradually over the course of the month — posts are **not sent immediately** after you subscribe. The system spreads your artwork promotions out to maintain a consistent presence, so you should see posts appearing in the days and weeks after activation.**Before Autopilot can post, you need:**1. **At least one connected social account** (Facebook or Instagram). Visit your [Social Accounts](https://app.arthelper.ai/social-accounts) page to connect. 2. **Uploaded artwork with titles** in your ArtHelper portfolio. Autopilot pulls from your catalog to create posts — if you haven't uploaded any art yet, there's nothing for the system to promote.**If 7+ days have passed since you subscribed and you still haven't seen any posts:**- Double-check that your Instagram or Facebook account is connected and authorized. - Confirm you have at least a few pieces of artwork uploaded with clear titles. - If both are in place and a week has gone by with no activity, [contact support](https://www.arthelper.com/support) — we'll check your Autopilot queue and get things moving.## Common questions### Do I need a paid main plan to subscribe to an add-on?No. The add-ons are independent.
