Your first (3) of each project type are free, and you will have access to Hover's Material List, and receive your first (5) Instant Designs at no cost
When you’ve used all your free items, continue creating projects through the Hover platform on the Pay‑As‑You‑Go (PAYG) plan

A specific property address in which you upload either property images or blueprints through the Hover app to receive associated spatial property data like the 3D model, measurement PDF, photo documentation, etc.

No. There’s no time limit. It lasts until you’ve used all the free projects and premium‑feature uses available to you.

After you use up your (3) free interior, (3) free exterior, and (3) free blueprint projects, any additional jobs are billed at your current rate (PAYG by default).

Your first (3) interior, (3) exterior, and (3) blueprint projects after signup are free. From each of those free jobs, you can choose whether to receive roof-only, or full exterior deliverables for either the blueprint projects or exterior projects. Similarly, when completing your first (3) interior projects, you can choose how many levels of a property you want included in your floor plan deliverables.

No. Completed projects still count toward your free allotment totals.

If you wish to create more projects after using all your free project allotments, you will need to add a card to your account. Once a card has been added, each additional project you create through Hover will be billed at the current PAYG rate.
