Creating an AI Medical Chronology

To use Medical Chronologies on a new case:

  1. Click the 'Add Case' menu item

  2. Give your case a name and click the 'Use OCR' and 'Generate a Medical Chronology' checkboxes

  3. Add your files to the 'File upload' box

  4. Click the blue 'Add Case' button

  5. Wait for your files to upload to CaseChat AI (you can chat with your case while you wait on the medical chronology to be uploaded)

  6. Wait for your medical chronology to be generated

  7. You will be redirected to view the medical events once the chronology is done

To use Medical Chronologies on an existing case:

1. Click 'Medical Chronologies' in the top menu

2. Select the case you created

3. Click 'Generate'

4. Wait a few minutes while the Medical Chronology is created

5. Once finished, you can view the medical events and the source record (under 'Pages'). You can also download the file under 'Download CSV'
