The Art Days Black Friday event will take place from 28 to 30 November 2025. Here is everything you need to know.
The participatory coupon system
What is it? A 10% coupon sent to our registered users from 28 to 30 November to encourage them to place an order.
Buyers will enjoy a 10% discount on their purchases during Art Days.
This coupon is shared equally:
5% covered by Artsper, via a reduction in our usual commission
5% covered by you, applied to the sale price
In short: you sell at a slightly lower price, we take a reduced commission, but together we create an attractive offer that meets Black Friday expectations. The result: more visibility and more potential sales for your works.
Do I need to register? No, you are automatically included in the promotion.
Nothing changes for you, everything is programmed by Artsper.

Check that all your works are available and have HD images
Complete the product descriptions
Update your stock and prices
Identify your priority pieces

Select your works using the square in the top left corner of their image on the Artworks > Active page.
Then select the action to be performed from the ‘Actions’ drop-down menu.
From the 24th of November:
Start launching your Best Deals and Private Offers
Your discount combines with our 10% Art Days Coupon for maximum impact.
Target artworks that are in wishlists and carts
Clients will be notified when you apply a promotion on an artwork they like !
During the event (28-30 Nov):
Be responsive to requests and messages
Monitor your notifications

Questions/Answers:
Can I make a commercial offer in addition to the coupon? Yes! Throughout the month, you can create as many commercial offers as you wish.
What happens if I don't want to participate? Contact us before 17 November to be excluded from the promotion.
How is the discount calculated? On a work priced at €1,000, you pay €50 (5%) of the discount on the sale price. Artsper pays the other half by crediting your commission invoice with €50.
How is my discount calculated if I have made a commercial offer?
On a work priced at €1,000 with a Best Deal of 15%, for example, the collector benefits from a total discount of 25% (your 15% offer + the 10% coupon).
You offer €200 (your 15% discount + your 5% share of the coupon) while Artsper covers €50.
Will all my works be visible? Yes, all your works will be visible on the website and in our campaigns, but those with commercial offers will be given priority.
