  1. Initial Consultation & Personalised Protocol

Every egg freezing journey begins with an in-depth consultation with one of our fertility doctors to review your personal and family medical history, discuss your future reproductive goals, and create a personalized stimulation plan designed to optimize the number and quality of eggs retrieved.

  2. Ovarian Stimulation & Trigger Shot

You will take fertility medications for 10-14 days to help multiple follicles grow in your ovaries. Since your body naturally prepares to ovulate, medications are also used to prevent early ovulation, keeping the eggs in the follicles until retrieval. When your follicles reach the right size, a trigger shot is given to mature the eggs and prepare them for collection.

  3. Egg Retrieval & Freezing

Your mature eggs are collected in a sedation-assisted procedure and immediately frozen using vitrification, a flash-freezing process that preserves them at their highest quality.

  4. Store your eggs, for as long as you need

Your frozen eggs are safely stored until you're ready to use them. When the time comes, they can be thawed, fertilized with sperm, and used for IVF to help you conceive—giving you the flexibility to start a family on your timeline.
