After the initial search, you'll get a vast list of unrefined keywords. You can then sort and organize these keywords into groups, enabling fast and efficient campaign creation. The dashboard displays three columns to help you organize your keywords effectively. These columns include the keywords themselves, along with valuable Apple Search Ads insights and translations.

All Keywords

The central column displays all keywords discovered by Asapty Keyword Suggester. This unrefined list is your starting point for keyword optimization.

The total number of keywords is highlighted next to "All Keywords". For each keyword, you'll find an English translation and Apple Search Ads insights, including (from left to right):

  • AI Relevancy: Marked with a star, this metric shows how well each keyword fits your app on a 1-100 scale, calculated by Asapty AI algorithms. Available in the Asapty Growth subscription plan.

  • Keyword Popularity: Based on App Store searches and recalculated by Asapty on a 5-100 scale for convenience. With Search Ads popularity displayed for each keyword in each country, you can gauge potential traffic volume across your target markets.

  • Organic Search: View your 5 competitor apps in organic search results for each keyword.

Removed Keywords

The left column contains irrelevant keywords that you excluded from the main list, with their popularity scores enclosed.

Selected Keywords

In the right column, you can add the relevant keywords. These keywords will further be used for creating your Apple Search Ads campaigns. Keyword popularity and translations are included for easy reference.

Navigate between the columns

You can freely move keywords between columns, reincorporate previously excluded keywords, or remove them as needed.

Use the buttons on the top of the central column to move keywords in bulk. Move all the irrelevant keywords to the left column with “Remove all” button. The "Select All" button moves all keywords to the right column for campaign creation.

How to sort out the keywords

You can further refine your keyword list in various ways:

  1. Use Filters to sort out the list of reference keywords in the “Required” field you added at the first stage of working with Keyword Suggester.

  2. Sort by AI relevancy. You can easily filter out the keywords considered the most relevant for your app by Asapty AI algorithms and add them to the right column.

  3. Search for the most relevant/irrelevant search terms for your application. For best results, use a word fragment rather than a complete word - you will find typos and various spelling variations. You can then easily add desired keywords to your selection or remove irrelevant ones, refining your list for optimal campaign performance.

For example, you have a habit tracker app. To select only relevant keywords:

  1. Enter "track" in the "By keyword name - contains" filter.

  2. Review the results and remove unrelated trackers:

    • Period trackers: remove all

    • Fasting trackers: remove all

    • Fitness trackers: remove all

    • Running trackers: remove all

    • Any other unrelated trackers: remove all

  3. Once only habit tracker-related keywords remain, click "Select all" to move them to your campaign creation list.

Repeat this process for all relevant key terms to build a comprehensive, targeted keyword list for your app.

4. In the unrefined keyword list, you'll likely see some keywords that appear similar but are unrelated to your app. The quickest way to identify these is by examining the competitor app icons in the Organic Search section. After using Keyword Suggester a few times, you'll be able to draw conclusions simply by recognizing familiar competitor icons, without needing to read the keywords themselves.

Once you added all the desired keywords to the Selected list, you can proceed to the next step with segmenting your keywords by campaigns.
