Pre-requisite: You have a label that is configured and properly set up for use. The figure below shows an example of a label that is ready for printing.

To print your label, navigate to the screen that your label is mapped to. This can be done by either navigating to the screen from the menus or simply clicking on the "View Screen" button in the toolbar of the Label Models screen.

Once the screen is open (in this case the shipment screen), locate your label under the Asgard Labels within the toolbar menu. You can also favorite your label to have it pinned on the toolbar.

To print your label, simply click on the button, and your label data will be sent to your printer. A pop-up message will appear in the top right corner to indicate when the printing is done.

Additional notes:

Another way to pin your label to the toolbar, is to use the "Duplicate in Toolbar" checkbox that is found on the Label Models screen under the Printers tab.

On some screens, such as the shipment screen (SO30200), you are able to choose for which row you would want to print a label and the number of labels to print for that specific row.

The "Label Nb. Copies" column is a text box that allows you to choose the number of labels you want to print.

The "Qty. on Label" column is a quantifier that allows you to indicate how much of the item is contained within one package in which the label will be placed. For example, given a shipment of 100 Coca-Cola cans, since one case of Cola contains 10 cans, you can indicate that the Qty. on Label = 10 since the label that will be printed and placed on the case will only contain 10 cans. Further, in this scenario, this means that 10 labels will need to be printed. Thus, Label Nb. Copies = 10.

The "Print Label" column is a checkbox that indicates whether a label will be printed for a specific row item.

The "Package Count" column is a way to keep track of how many labels were printed out of the required copies needed to fulfill the order. So, in the same Cola scenario, if 5 labels were printed. we could indicate in the Package Count column that 5/10 labels were printed.
