The implementation process takes on average 2-3 weeks. One of the biggest factors taken into consideration is the label. How many labels do you need and how complex is it? Does the label printing occur from a specific use case we haven't encountered yet? Another factor would be with respect to your printers. How are they set up/configured? How many printers do you have? There are many factors that can affect the timeline of the implementation process.

When you are using Asgard Labels, there are two services you may use to connect your printer to Acumatica. These services are Acumatica's DeviceHub and Asgard Cloud Print. Although both services are great in their respective uses, the advantage of using Cloud Print is the reliability, and efficiency of the service. Since it is a client that is installed on your system, it'll be able to automatically detect all the printers connected to your computer. Since Cloud Print is licensed under PrintNode, it is also compliant with its security and privacy policy. Cloud Print supports RAW printing and all types of printers; thus, allowing you to print to any printer.

We handle reprinting by creating a process screen with a print log. On this log, you can see all the labels that have been printed, by whom it was printed, where it was printed from, and when it was printed. So, to reprint your label, you can search for the print process that handles your label printing and reprint your labels with the click of a button.

Yes! As long as your printer supports ZPL and has the ability to print color, we can create colored labels for any of your use cases.
