Printing issues in Acumatica related to printers

Below are the steps you should follow in case you are unable to print a label from Acumatica:

As for the Issue with the USB port, below are the steps you need to do before we can detect any Issue with Asgard label printing:

  1. Please confirm the Printer is connected to your Windows.

  2. Please try test printing from your Windows printer. If unable to print from there that means you have a network issue and your IT team needs to look into it and no steps are required from Asgard’s End.

  3. In case you can print then go to Label Printer screen in Acumatica. Open the lookup for the Computer and verify that the computer is connected. If not connected, then your print node is not able to communicate with your printer.

    1. You can try delete the compute name reselect from the lookup.

    2. Or you might want to restart the print node.

  4. Next, verify the Printer name lookup and see if it shows online.

    1. In case it of offline, your printer is not connected to the Print node and you need to recheck the printer.

    2. In case it shows online but you are unable to print, Remove the value and try to select the printer name again.

      That should fix the issue and in case it doesn’t please contact support@asgardalliance.com with a description and screenshots of the problem and we will assist you as soon as possible.
