If a printer is out of service or undergoing maintenance, it's time for a printer swap.

Transitioning between printers to print your label model is a simple task.

We begin by navigating to the Printer's Tab on the Label Models screen.

Adding a printer for the specified label model you wish to work with by adding a new row.

Select the printer you wish to use.

If necessary, select the user or the work group that is going to be printing this label on the newly assigned printer.

Next, simply deactivate the Printer that is no longer in use and click on Save.
