To get started online:
Step 1: Go to asktia.com/join/join-tia
Step 2: Enter your personal information (your legal first name and last name, phone number, email, and market)
Step 3: Verify your phone number so we know it’s you!
Step 4: If you have insurance, add your information. Make sure to use your legal first and last name and indicate whether you are the main holder of your insurance or a dependent. When you verify your insurance, we'll be able to tell you if you're in network with Tia (insurance covers costs of service depending on your plan), out of network with Tia (insurance does not cover the cost of service) or unsure. If we're unsure, we'll ask you to submit your insurance cards and will get back to you in 24 hours.
Step 5: Pick the Tia option that works for you.
Step 6: Start using Tia right away!
