Tia has an annual commitment, but you can choose to pay monthly or all upfront. At the time of purchase, you’ll be charged a recurring membership fee. Tia’s membership is a 12-month commitment unless cancelled within 48 hours.
The membership fee is not for professional healthcare services rendered by Tia providers, but does cover the cost of our tech-enabled member services, including Care Coordinators, virtual and in-person accessibility, community programming, and more. The membership fee does not cover the cost of appointments, but you may use your insurance for a variety of Tia services.
