Tia has an annual commitment but you can choose to pay monthly or all upfront. At the time of purchase, you’ll be charged a recurring membership fee. Tia’s Membership is a 12 month commitment unless cancelled within 48 hours.

The membership fee is not for professional healthcare services rendered by Tia Providers, but does cover the cost of our tech-enabled member services, including care coordinators, virtual and in-person accessibility, community programming, and more. The membership fee does not cover the cost of appointments, but you may use your insurance for a variety of Tia services.
