If you're insured, Tia will submit a claim to your insurance for processing before billing you. This ensures accurate billing and collection. Tia does not collect copays or cost-sharing at the time of your appointment.
Whether paying with insurance or cash, once the amount is finalized, you will:
1. Receive an email invoice from Tia
2. Log into your member portal to pay
3. Pay via credit/debit card, FSA/HSA, or Apple Pay
4. Have 30 days from the first billing email to pay or contact Tia for questions or a payment plan. After 30 days, your payment method on file will be charged.
