Tia doesn’t collect upfront cost shares like copays. We wait to hear back from your insurance company to ensure that the right amount is billed and collected. You will receive an EOB from your insurance and an emailed bill from Tia showing the amount you will owe. You can contact our Care Coordination team to set up a payment plan or set a specific payment date.
