To access the member portal once you joined Tia, you can naviagte to member.asktia.com and log in by phone or email. Once a member enters their phone number they will be asked to enter a code. This code is sent by SMS which means that the member has to be in an area with service. If they are having difficulty with the code, they can enter their email and receive a code to their email address.
