Step 3: Add/Verify Insurance
Step 4: You will receive an instant notification stating we either take your insurance, we do not take your insurance, or there is further verification needed to confirm if we accept your insurance or not. If we are unable to verify insurance, we ask you to upload your insurance card and will get back to you with that status within 24 hours.
In network: we take your insurance
In Network means that we take their payer and plan for medical services although they will still pay for any patient responsibility due after insurance
If you want to check if you are in network for acupuncture, you need to reach out to a care coordinator and check benefits before the appointment
Out of network: we don't take your insurance you can pay cash
Out of Network means we do not take their payer and plan for medical services and the patient will have to pay cost.
Medicaid or medicare: you cannot use tia
Blocked means the patient has medicaid or medicare and must deactivate Tia as we are not able to support them.
Step 5: Once your insurance is confirmed, you can choose to complete your membership!
