In Network: We accept your insurance for medical services. You’re responsible for any costs not covered by your plan. For acupuncture, contact a Care Coordinator to confirm coverage before your appointment.
Out of Network: We don’t accept your insurance, but you can pay out of pocket.
Medicaid & Medicare: We can't support Medicaid or Medicare plans.
Blocked: You have Medicaid or Medicare, and will need to deactive your Tia account.
If further verification is needed, upload your insurance card, and we’ll update you within 24 hours.
Step 5: Once your insurance is confirmed, you can complete your membership sign-up!
