Have you entered the correct phone number?

  • It’s possible that you entered the wrong phone number? Be sure to enter the phone number without symbols. Sometimes autofill doesn't catch, so be sure to enter the number

Not getting your one-time secret code?

  • If you’re not getting your one-time secret code needed to log in, there could be a couple of issues. First, the code will be sent to the phone number that is attached to your account or the number you use to login. If you’re using a different device to login in that is not associated with your phone number, the code will still go to the device attached to your phone number. Make sure to have that with you in order to receive the code.

  • Be sure you have service

Try logging in by email

  • Below the phone number field, there is a hyperlink that says 'Sign in with email' Click that to receive a link to your email.

Have you changed your phone number?

  • Your Tia account is tied to your phone number. To log in, we send a secure, one-time password to that phone number. If that phone number is no longer active, you won’t be able to get the password sent to you. If you’d like to update the phone number associated with your account, let us know at sayhello@asktia.com and we'll sort things out!

Do you have a non-U.S. based number?

  • Unfortunately, right now we’re not equipped to handle foreign numbers. If you logout of your account that uses a foreign number, you’ll not be able to log back in. In order to recover your account, try deleting the Tia app, re-installing it and then going through the registration flow again. You can still use your foreign number, and Tia will still remember you!

If you are still having issues, give us a call at 646-650-5337 and click extension 1.
