What happens if I need to cancel or change my appointment?

We charge a $50 fee for canceling or rescheduling appointments within 48 hours of the appointment time, and $75 for no shows. If you can't make your appointment, please let your Tia Care Coordinator know via the chat section of the member portal so they can find a time that works better for you!
