What do I need for my Virtual Visit?

  • The Zoom App — in order to save time, we ask that you take a few minutes to download the Zoom App on your device in advance of your appointment time. Your Care Coordinator will send you the required meeting ID number when you book your appointment. If you’re having technical difficulties, call us for help at 646-650-5337.

  • Full Service — make sure you’re connected to a strong and secure Wifi for your visit. If you’re planning to use your phone and cellular data, be sure to have 4 bars or more of service to ensure that video quality is clear.
