Can I select you as my PCP?

Yes, you can absolutely use Tia for primary care. Tia offers comprehensive primary care services alongside gynecology, mental health, and more — all designed to care for the whole you.

However, it's important to know that if you're on a health plan that requires you to designate a Primary Care Provider (PCP) — such as many HMO or EPO plans — those plans often also require referrals and prior authorizations for additional services.

Tia is considered out-of-network for many of those plan types and may not meet your insurer’s specific requirements for an in-network listed PCP.

That said, even if Tia can't be your insurance-designated PCP, you can still receive full-spectrum primary care from us. Since insurance coverage and benefits vary, we recommend checking directly with your insurance provider to understand how visits to Tia will be covered and whether referrals or PCP designations apply to your plan.
