Here at Tia, our care team is comprised of both NPs and MDS, with our NPs managing the *majority* of patient care. Our NPs are board certified practitioners from the top schools in the country, have an extremely wide scope of practice (from pap smears to annual Whole Health Exams to IUD insertions and more), and are certified to work independently of MDs. With that said, our NPs do work closely with MDs and consult them as needed to create an individual patient’s care plan.
