If you are using insurance, you will receive an emailed copy of your bill (and a text!) after we have reviewed and sent your appointment information to your insurance provider. If you are not using insurance, you will receive a bill following your appointment once our team has reviewed the appointment information. Tia does not collect copays or costs at time of appointment.

Once you have received the bill, you will have 30 days to review the bill and to ask any questions you may have. You can reach out to the Care Team via the Member Portal, or give us a call at 646 650 5337 ext. 1. You will receive a weekly reminder email letting you know about your balance. At any time, you can pay your bill directly through the email. After 30 days, the payment method on file will be charged.

You are able to pay with credit or debit, FSA/HSA, or Apple Pay.
