When it comes to paying for your membership fee, we accept most major credit and debit cards. However, membership fees cannot be charged to HSA, FSA, or international cards. That's why we ask for a valid credit or debit card at sign up.

Any care or services you receive from our clinics are eligible for reimbursement by your HSA or FSA provider. You can pay for services online with credit or debit card too. Keep in mind, we are cashless at the clinic.
