In SoWork you can get on stage 🎤 , make announcements 📣 , and share presentations 📜 (among many other things!) We call this Broadcast and we'll guide you through how to use it here.

Step #1: Soundcheck
Is this thing on? If your camera or mic are not working see how to troubleshoot your camera/mic.
Step #2: Setting the Stage
To set up the stage, click 'Broadcast Options' from the bottom right menu bar.
*You need to be an admin of your space to do this. Please contact your space admin to update your account.
Toggle on 'Enable your audio and video'. You'll see your lovely face pop up so you can preview what people will see. Don't worry, no one else can see you or your screen yet.
Select where to Broadcast. You'll likely want everyone to see you 👋, so select 'Broadcast to Entire Space'.
Click 'Start Broadcast' and a confirmation screen will pop up to preview your video. People will NOT see your video or what you are sharing at this point.
Step #3: Getting on Stage
Ready? Last few steps before the curtain opens!
Click Start Broadcast!. Once you click, a countdown will begin for you AND everyone else in the space. After which you'll be visible to everyone.
Troubleshooting 🤔
If this is the first time you are using the Chrome browser with broadcast, you may need to adjust permissions for Chrome. See the first section of My Camera/Mic aren't working.
