If you downloaded the CLARE app without having a paid account you will not be able to use it. If you enter your email address, you'll be given information on how to sign up and we will also reach out to you via email. If you do not provide your email address we have no way to identify or reach out to you. An account cannot be created through the iOS app. The long and the short of it has to do with Apple's policies.

If you have a paid account and are having trouble logging in, try re-entering your username and password, or reset your password using the “forgot password” link. If you are still having trouble reach out to us through the chat.
